I absolutely loved my stay at this magnificent hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a beautiful blend of Ottoman style with modern touches. It truly felt like staying in a noble palace. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assisted with anything I needed, especially Mustafa bey who provided exceptional service. The Turkish traditional breakfast was a must-try, and the hotel's location on the Bosphorus first line was perfect. I enjoyed strolling along the shore, taking in the stunning views and exploring the charming neighborhood. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay unforgettable.
I had to leave the hotel earlier than planned due to an issue with the AC system. The temperature in the room was too hot and despite contacting the manager multiple times, the problem couldn't be resolved.

We absolutely loved this place. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with a mix of Ottoman and modern styles. It felt like we were staying in a luxurious palace. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, especially Mustafa bey who was always there to help. The Turkish traditional breakfast was a delight, with delicious coffee and fruit desserts. The location was fantastic, right on the Bosphorus with walking paths, playgrounds, and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed strolling along the shore, taking in the breathtaking views of the Bosphorus.
We had to leave two days early due to a problem with the AC system. Despite our constant requests for help, we were informed that the issue affected all rooms and we had to deal with it.

The view from the hotel was fine, offering a amazing panorama of the city. The architecture and design of the hotel were excellent, with each room decorated uniquely, adding to the overall charm. the location of the hotel was ideal, providing easy access to the main attractions of the city.
